The first part of the workout will have 2 adapted versions according to your physical fitness - you can try trick combinations or spins on the pole.
After the strength workout, we will do a calm yoga practice that will stretch and relax the body. Yoga practice will promote inner peace and well-being in the body and mind.

A dynamic and athletic discipline focused on strength, flexibility, and acrobatic tricks on the pole. This style is performed without heels and is suitable for all levels, even for those with no prior sports experience.

Exotic Dance

A sensual and artistic dance style that blends pole tricks with fluid, floorwork-based choreography. While heels are recommended for the full experience, beginners can start without them. This style emphasizes body awareness, flow, and expression.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    Membership

    Valid 30 calendar days is assigned to a single person

    • Class attendance happens by a scheduled appointment and payment
    • Non-exchangeable or refundable.
    • Valid only for classes of a single designated trainer
    • Trainers retain the right to change schedules and membership pass fees.

    Cancellation

    • Possible no less than 24 hours before the next class.
    • Can be put on hold timely notifying the trainer about a planned vacation or other

    Customers

    • Take off your shoes before entrance
    • Put your mobile devices in silent mode
    • Maintain cleanliness and order in the exercise rooms, changing rooms, and facilities (do not throw paper towels in WC, etc.).
    • Solely responsible for the loss or damage of property in the studio.

    Studio

    • Provides drinking water, tea, coffee, and snacks (please do not fill containers brought from home with drinks and food).
    • Provides all necessary equipment for classes; after each class, it is necessary to disinfect the working surface of the provided equipment (pole and mat) using alcohol and a cloth.

    Safety

    • Studio trainers are not responsible and cannot be held accountable for any worsening of your condition if you had any contraindications to exercises due to health reasons and did not inform us in a timely manner.
    • All the pole tricks and exercises have to be performed with the permission of the trainer and under their supervision/with their help.

    Prohibited

    • Visiting the studio in a drunken or drug-induced state
    • Using body products that have oily or creamy textures on class days
