Painless Performance 60102 Standard Length TPI Harness (MAF) for 1985-1989 GM V8

This harness is standalone and is not intended to replace the OEM engine wiring. Standalone harnesses are intended to run the designated engine & transmission only, generally when swapped into another vehicle. This harness is designed for 1985-1989 Tuned Port Injected TPI 5. 0L & 5. 7L V8 engines using the Mass Air Flow system. These engines were factory equipped in Chevrolet Camaro and Corvette and were mated to either a 200-4R or 700R4 transmission. Harnesses do not include all the original connections for the original emissions but are available separate, see the specs page for more details. Also available for this harness is a detailed step-by-step manual, and GM color coded wires with labels for easy installation. This harness also requires the following mating parts; ECM #1227165, #16198259, or #88999194. 1985-1988 engines will require the use of prom #16082183, #16068654, or #1228109. 1989 engines will require prom #16133467 or #16150500. We recommend checking the online manual for the full list of required mating parts prior to ordering.
