WEATHER-RESISTANT: This solvent-free and LOW-VOC solution exhibits excellent resistance to moisture and weather conditions, is nonshrinking, and can be used in slightly wet substrates. INSTANT GRAB: It provides fast instant adhesion on all surfaces and achieves perfect results with 15 minutes pressing time.
