Strange Brew's Dogfish Head 120 Minute Clone is a clone of the absurdly high ABV IPA/Barleywine from Dogfish Head Brewery. A glass of this homebrew will have a golden-amber hue and if bottle conditioned a minimal white head; it is hard to carbonate a beer this big after all. The aroma of the 120 Minute Clone is boozy sweet with the high alcohol content and lots of sugars. The flavor will also show a big alcohol note and a grainy malt sweetness. This is a very large beer and with the proper technique can age beautifully. So lay a couple bottles down to savor in a year or three! This kit includes grains (crushed for your convenience), hops, yeast, bottle caps, priming sugar, a muslin bag, irish moss, and malt extract (if the kit is an extract kit).
